Catalytic Converters for off-Road (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst)

Specifically designed for the rugged demands of heavy-duty off-road vehicles, the MINE-X® catalytic converter helps to improve workplace environmental health and provides compliance with most local regulations requiring anexhaust purifier or exhaust scrubber.

Catalytic Mufflers for off-Road (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst)

The MINE-X® catalytic muffler is designed to replace the original equipment (OE) muffler. The product is installed by simply removing the original muffler and installing the catalytic muffler in its place, utilizing the same pipe connections, mounting points, brackets, straps, etc. The product looks exactly the same as the original muffler and provides the same sound attenuation.

Description

DCL’s CARB verified DPF’s (brand name: MINE-X SOOTFILTER®) effectively remove diesel particles and diesel fumes from diesel engine exhaust emissions.
Description
DCL’s diesel particulate filters are used to meet MSHA standards for particulate matter in underground mines, EPA or CARB mandated standards for particulate emissions in diesel vehicle retrofits, or simply to improve the air quality in a work site containing diesel engines.

Description
The MINE-X®Flow-Through Diesel Particulate Filter is a revolutionary patent pending, flow-through particulate filter that provides effective removal of diesel particulate matter and lower backpressure than conventional wall-flow particulate filters. DCL flow-through, particulate filters are used to meet EPA or CARB standards for particulate reduction or simply to improve air quality around diesel engines. The MINE-X® Flow-Through Diesel Particulate Filterremoves up to 60% Diesel Particulate Matter (DPM) and requires diesel fuel with sulfur content less than 500 ppm and works best with sulfur content less than 15 ppm (ULSD).

  • An alternating tapered network of flow through channels consisting of corrugated metal foils and metal fibre fleece

Applications

The MINE-X® Flow-Through Diesel Particulate Filter can be used in aboveground diesel engine applications. It is ideal for retrofit on diesel engines where a wall-flow particulate filter is unsuitable, including light duty cycle, older and two-stroke engines.
